Nato nel 1998 a Mottola (TA), Adriano Scarano si avvicina al disegno durante le scuole medie, grazie all’incoraggiamento del suo professore di storia dell’arte. A 16 anni inizia a dipingere nello studio “This is the place” dell’artista Roberta Pepe.
Partendo dall’arte metafisica di De Chirico, sviluppa uno stile personale che attraversa il romantico, l’astratto e l’impressionista, partecipando a mostre collettive locali.
Dopo cinque anni di pausa per motivi universitari a Torino, riprende la pittura nel 2024, tornando nello stesso studio e diventando segretario dell’associazione culturale. Nei suoi lavori più recenti esplora lo studio del corpo umano.
Opera: Burned
Burned riflette sul dualismo tra distruzione e sopravvivenza. La figura centrale, realizzata con acrilici su tela grezza (90 x 120 cm) e incorniciata in legno (100 x 130 cm), è immersa in un paesaggio che brucia, ma non cede.
C’è una tensione tra l’istinto di estinguersi e quello di lasciare un segno, di resistere. L’opera esplora questa contraddizione umana: fuggire da sé o salvarsi nonostante tutto?
“Abbiamo tutti una fiamma che ci brucia dentro. Sta a noi decidere: estinguerci o combattere.”
Biography (EN)
Born in 1998 in Mottola (TA), Adriano Scarano began drawing in middle school thanks to the encouragement of his art history teacher. At 16, he started painting in the studio “This is the place” with artist Roberta Pepe.
Inspired by De Chirico’s metaphysical art, he developed a personal style ranging from romantic to abstract and impressionist, taking part in local group exhibitions.
After a five-year hiatus due to university studies in Turin, he returned to painting in 2024 and became secretary of the same cultural association. His recent works focus on the human body.

Burned explores the tension between destruction and the will to survive. Painted with acrylic on raw canvas (90 x 120 cm) and framed in wood (100 x 130 cm), the central figure is burning but composed, refusing to disappear.
The work reflects the inner conflict between the desire to vanish and the urge to leave a mark.
“We all carry a flame within. Some want to extinguish it, others to keep it. It’s up to us: fade away or fight?”

وُلد أدريانو سكارانو في عام 1998 في موتولا (TA). بدأ اهتمامه بالرسم في المدرسة المتوسطة بتشجيع من أستاذه في تاريخ الفن. في سن 16 عامًا، بدأ الرسم في ورشة العمل “This is the place” تحت إشراف الفنانة روبرتا بيبي.
استلهم في البداية من الفن الميتافيزيقي لدي كيريكو، ثم طوّر أسلوبًا شخصيًا يشمل الرومانسي والتجريدي والانطباعي، وشارك في معارض جماعية محلية.
بعد انقطاع دام خمس سنوات بسبب الدراسة الجامعية في تورينو، عاد إلى الرسم في عام 2024، وأصبح أمين الجمعية الثقافية ذاتها. أعماله الأخيرة تركز على دراسة الجسد البشري.

阿德里亚诺·斯卡拉诺 简介 (中文)
阿德里亚诺·斯卡拉诺，1998年生于莫托拉（TA）。在中学期间，在艺术史老师的鼓励下，他开始绘画。16岁时，他在艺术家罗伯塔·佩佩的工作室 “This is the place” 学画。
受德·基里科的形而上学艺术启发，他逐步发展出融合浪漫主义、抽象和印象派的个人风格，曾参加当地联合展览。
因大学学业暂停五年后，他于2024年重返画室，并担任文化协会秘书。他最近的作品聚焦于人体研究。
