Luigi Notarnicola nasce a Mottola (Taranto) nel 1981.
Tra il 2000 e il 2005 studia a Pescara e si laurea in Economia.
Dal 2007 al 2011 vive a Roma, dove frequenta corsi di visual design, tipografia e fotografia.
Dopo aver completato la formazione all’Accademia delle Arti e delle Nuove Tecnologie, collabora con agenzie di comunicazione.
Rientrato in Puglia, abbandona la professione per dedicarsi alla ricerca artistica.
Nelle sue opere alterna arte digitale e pittura, unendo il gesto manuale alla riproduzione tecnica.
Le immagini si concretizzano come segni iconici essenziali, ridotti all’essenziale dopo un lungo processo di messa a fuoco.

Luigi Notarnicola was born in Mottola (Taranto) in 1981.
From 2000 to 2005 he studied in Pescara and graduated in Economics.
Between 2007 and 2011 he lived in Rome, attending courses in visual design, typography, and photography.
After studying at the Academy of Arts and New Technologies in Rome, he collaborated with communication agencies.
Returning to Puglia, he left the profession to devote himself to artistic research.
His work alternates between digital art and painting, blending technical reproduction and handmade expression.
His images emerge as essential iconic forms, the result of a process of mental and visual refinement.

路易吉·诺塔尔尼科拉，1981年出生于意大利塔兰托省莫托拉。
2000年至2005年在佩斯卡拉学习经济学并毕业。
2007至2011年间居住在罗马，修读视觉设计、排版与摄影课程。
在罗马新技术艺术学院完成学业后，他曾与多家传播机构合作。
之后返回普利亚大区，彻底投身于艺术创作。
其作品游走于数字艺术与绘画之间，结合工业复制与手工创作。
